Well...
I sure use this page a lot! Not. (That's sarcasm. A language I'm
fluent in)
I
guess to give whoever reads this and update... Logan and I got
married and moved to Oregon. All within the same month. I refuse to
ever do anything like that ever again. Ever. Anyway here is a recap
of the best day of my life, so far:
Well...we
finally did it! The day started off with him waking up at like 4 AM
and then me waking up at 9AM to my mom calling me to tell me my aunt
will pick me up. I'm soo happy I stayed home with him that night
because the whole morning was fairly calm. The only bad thing:
It rained the whole day! I wanted an outside wedding, but we had to
have it inside. Oh well. My aunt and MOH came and got me around 11
and then we headed to the marina to finish with decorations. Then my
mom and I went and got our hair done, then went back to her place for
make up and getting dressed.
We
were running kind of late...so we forgot to put my necklace on! But
we went over to our friends tattoo shop...signed our marriage
certificate. Then DH and I got to go back to the marina by ourselves.
Then we got pictures taken, and people started showing up early. At
6:55 we went to "hide" and around 7:10ish our ceremony
started with DH walking down...and when he started walking that is
when the nerves hit me. But once it was my turn. I held my dad’s
hand and everything went perfect! We did our own ceremony, and during
my reading I got choked up and almost couldn't finish it! But I did,
and it only lasted 12min and 44 seconds which is exactly what I
was going for...short and sweet ceremony!
After
the ceremony my dad announced us and we went and sat at our
sweetheart table. My mom then brings over a star war lunch box, and
in it was spaceship shaped sandwiches for us (shaped like a tie
fighter and the millennium falcon), so we ate and then went around
and talked to everyone. I met some of his relatives for the first
time...and they had said even though the ceremony was different and
unexpected they still enjoyed it...which made me feel awesome!
Then
we cut our cake, with my sword that we exchanged during the ceremony,
and then most of the people left. Then we did our rockband song, and
then we cleaned up, went home.

I
left the damn pic disc in Iowa :'(
So
yea, we got married August 5, and then we moved Aug 15.
Recap
of our trip:
We
got all of our crap to my mom’s garage, and then drove around
saying good-bye to everyone. It was one of the hardest things I have
ever done in my entire life. BUT I frickin' did it! Anyway...Logan
was beat from moving everything all day, so I drove to Mason City to
spend the night at Grandma Arlene's one last time. We get there at
about midnight, and go straight to bed. The next day we drive around
Mason saying good bye to all my family there, and then we head north
to Minnesota. Once we got there, we headed west! We went through
South Dakota, Montana, Idaho, Washington and finally Oregon. The most
annoying state was Montana. We tried to stop there for the night in
Billings, but it was the fair...so there were no hotels for 100
miles. WTF MONTANA! So we find a creepy hotel, and stay there for the
night and then we start on the road again. It took FOREVER to get out
of fucking Montana! We also found a testicle festival; we
stopped there for a bathroom break. We should have kept
going...scared the crap outta me! So then there was Idaho. Was
pretty, but I don't think I'd want to live there. Was dark when we
got to Washington, and we made it home at 4 A.M. Pacific time. :)

The
job hunt has sucked. But we're still hoping something will work out.
I had a job for about a month...and it was a mutual decision
that I'm not good at telemarketing. Well...I was improving, but not
fast enough I guess. But yea.
That's
my life.
